IUS Library now offers immediate access to over 10,000 titles via Kanopy. Kanopy titles that are not a part of the library’s subscription can be requested.  Titles requests for purchase require additional funds and therefore, faculty and curriculum/classroom use will be prioritized.

When searching or browsing the Kanopy collection, you’ll see the “Request Access” button appear for Kanopy titles. 

After selecting “Request Access”, please complete the request form and provide the following information. 

• Full Name
• IUS email address
• Course Number
• IUS Status–Faculty, Instructor, Other. 
• Explanation of the use of the title.

Zoom and Kanopy: Unfortunately, Kanopy titles cannot be screen shared via Zoom. Instead of a virtual group screening, Kanopy titles will need to be viewed individually.
